Khadi off-cuts cut and joined to make a yarn produced by the women of the workshop.
medium weight khadi off-cuts coloured with natural plant dyes
cut into 1.5cm strips and joined by looping together
gives a continuous yarn.
Good for crotchet, cloth baskets, mat making. The biggest crotchet hook you can find the easier it is to use. I have used a 9mm on these mats.
Each 100 gm skein is approx 28 to 29 m long
