Cotton Khadi Fabric and Natural Dyed Khadi

Khadi is hand spun, hand woven cloth made in Rural India, it has a textured and unique handmade feel.
Our offerings come as unbleached cloth and naturally dyed lengths.

Unbleached cloth is available by the metre.
Naturally coloured choose from fat quarters, 1 m and 3 m lengths.

Natural Dyes-
We use AMA Herbal GOTS certified supplies and work in small batches, mud resist prints and indigo dye is done by Mr Girish in his family’s traditional dye workshop, using a ferment indigo vat.

Fabric width varies between 90 cm and 110 cm [36 to 44 in]
We work with a number of weavers across India and they each have a preferred loom width, hence the variation.

Hand made cloth is unique in small ways, little irregularities are part of its charm and not a fault.
